Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the ProjektPilot app. The app was built on the principle of data minimisation: your projects stay on your devices and in your own iCloud. The provider does not collect, store or transmit any personal data about you and uses no tracking, no advertising and no analytics tools.

2. What data the app processes

Everything you create yourself: projects, tasks and subtasks, dates, durations and dependencies, categories, notes, status notes and reasons, fixed dates, templates and file attachments.

Names of people you assign as responsible. These may be names of other people. They are treated exactly like all other data: they stay on your devices and in your iCloud.

Your settings in the app, for example federal state, reminder times and appearance.

3. Where the data is stored

The data is stored on your device.

If iCloud is signed in on your device, the app syncs it between your devices with the same Apple Account through your private iCloud database (CloudKit). This database belongs to your iCloud account. The provider has no access to it. Processing by Apple is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Without iCloud, the data stays on the device only.

4. Reminders

The app schedules reminders for dates as notifications on your device. No data is sent to the provider for this. You grant the notification permission yourself and can revoke it at any time in your device settings.

5. Sharing

Data only leaves the app when you share it yourself, for example as a PDF, CSV or file through the share menu. It then goes to the recipient or service you choose.

6. If you write to me

If you write to support@junevex.app, I use your message and your email address only to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The message is deleted once it has been dealt with, unless a retention obligation applies.

7. Deletion

In the app's settings, “Delete all data” removes all projects. If iCloud sync is active, they also disappear from your other devices.

If you delete the app, the data on this device is removed. You manage the copy in your iCloud in your device's iCloud settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). As the provider receives no data from the app, this data is held solely by you and can be viewed, changed, exported and deleted in the app itself.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. Changes

If the app's data processing changes, this policy will be updated. The version with the date stated above applies.
