How much does BioPulse cost?
BioPulse is free to download. Today, the last 7 days, every score with its explanation, the journal and the data export stay free. BioPulse Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks long-term history, trends, connections, the PDF report and more. You can see the current prices on the App Store.
How do I cancel BioPulse Pro?
The subscription runs through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings or in BioPulse under Settings. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. BioPulse runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later and shows what is in Apple Health. Sleep stages, HRV or wrist temperature, however, are not measured by the iPhone itself; they come from an Apple Watch, for example, or another tracker that writes to Apple Health. The Apple Watch app (watchOS 26 or later) is an optional companion to the iPhone app.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, and whatever the watch shows is also stored on your Apple Watch. There is no user account and no BioPulse server, so there is no place where we could view your data. BioPulse only goes online for the weather (Apple), the map of your workout route (Apple Maps), the food search in BioFood (Open Food Facts) and the App Store (purchases and subscription status), and your stored health data is not transmitted in any of these. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
In BioPulse, go to Settings, Data Storage, create a backup file and pass it on yourself, for example with AirDrop or the Files app. On the new iPhone, restore it in the same place; it replaces the data there. Your profile picture and some settings, such as reminders, need to be set up again. Whatever is in Apple Health is transferred by Apple Health itself.
Why don't I see any health data?
BioPulse needs your permission for Apple Health. iOS only asks once; you can change it in the Health app: profile picture at the top right, Apps, BioPulse. Some values only appear once a device has recorded them, sleep stages for example only with a device on your wrist.
Which languages is BioPulse available in?
In 13 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Greek, Latvian, Russian and Japanese. You choose the language in BioPulse under Settings, independently of your iPhone. Apple Watch and widgets follow your iPhone's language.
How do I delete all my data?
In BioPulse under Settings, Delete Data. This removes all data BioPulse has stored on your device; data in Apple Health is not affected, including the entries BioPulse wrote there. If you want to continue later, create a backup file first under Settings, Data Storage. The JSON export (Settings, Export Data) is meant for reading and sharing and cannot be restored into the app.
What is BioFlow?
An optional area for cycle, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, with a dedicated area for men. BioFlow is off by default, you turn it on yourself and can protect it with Face ID. BioFlow is not a contraceptive: cycle and fertility data are estimates and not suitable for contraception.
How do I report a bug?
Send an email to support@junevex.app, easiest from BioPulse under Settings, Send Feedback. Briefly describe what happened; a screenshot helps a lot when we try to reproduce it.
